Job summary
GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to translate HIT insights into opportunities for improved patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency across health systems. You will educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and align HIT capabilities with workflows, governance, and compliance while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required and healthcare/pharma experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer workflows and EHR readiness to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and support their evaluation.
- Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
- Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources.
- Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance requirements.
