Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a hospital, physician practice, or other patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health information technology, including front-end use of a major EHR platform.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams, with hands-on knowledge of EHR products and governance.

Responsabilités

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing risks and opportunities.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while aligning with GSK policies.
