Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate customer insights into practical HIT-enabled opportunities across multiple states. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align approved HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including EHRs and digital solutions.

You will educate customers on EHR-enabled resources, support evaluation for potential use, and contribute HIT expertise to strategic account planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within healthcare settings.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance, privacy, and compliance decisions.
