Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to drive the commercialization of our infectious disease diagnostics in Central California. You will build deep hospital relationships, present transformative genomic test solutions, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product leadership to accelerate adoption across health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Proven track record of selling to physicians, hospital executives and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in Central California by acquiring new hospital accounts and expanding in existing ones.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to meet territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new infectious disease diagnostic approaches.
• Secure contracts and renewals, and manage partner relationships to drive ROI.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast accurately, and participate in regional meetings and events.
