Job summary

Karius seeks a Clinical Sales Manager to drive the company’s next-generation infectious disease test across Central California. You will cultivate relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and hospital admins to enable adoption and growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product to secure contracts, deliver ROI, and ensure success across hospital systems in a fast-growing biotechnology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences/Biotech/Medical Device sectors.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven track record of introducing transformational products to physicians and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in Central California hospitals; establish new business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to reach territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Build a high-performing regional sales organization and culture.
