MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business, expand market share, and build revenue pipelines. This field-based/remote role involves up to 75% travel within your territory and a compensation package with substantial on-target earnings.

The role requires 2+ years of outside sales, a proven track record in securing clients, and strong CRM and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in services or construction.
• B2B transactional sales experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of securing new clients and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: identify, engage, and secure new clients through prospecting and networking.
• Expand & retain accounts by building trusted relationships and expanding services.
• Promote our full suite of services to clients and property teams.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure onboarding and project execution.
• Manage proposals and bids and support annual price agreements adoption.
• Support service launches and define job scopes and protocols.
• Represent MultiPro at industry events and client meetings to grow market presence.
