Sartorius is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (Chrom/TFF) to support downstream processing solutions across the Central Region & Canada. This remote role requires travel more than 50% and close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Quality to drive adoption and optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a Life Sciences degree (Master’s preferred) and 3+ years in application or technical support in downstream biotech processes, with hands-on ability to run demonstrations

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years in application/technical support or field applications in downstream processing environments
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; cell and gene therapy exposure is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot in customer environments; capable of demonstrations and training

Mansioni

• Translate process requirements into product/workflow recommendations to accelerate adoption of downstream systems (centrifugation, columns, chromatography, TFF)
• Design, coordinate and document customer evaluation plans and onboarding activities
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions to protect customer productivity
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve solution fit
• Capture feedback and competitive intelligence to support portfolio enhancements
• Support training and development of Field Application Specialists and sales teams
• Train customers on new technologies and participate in startup activities
• Support quality investigations and complaint resolution
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management
