Sartorius is hiring a Field Applications Specialist (Chrom/TFF) to support downstream processing technologies across the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast in a remote, customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will reside near a major airport in NJ, PA, MD, or NC.

You will conduct evaluations, trials, training, and troubleshooting, translating customer needs into product and workflow recommendations, while collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in downstream process support or MSAT roles.
• Biologics manufacturing experience; cell/gene therapy exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel >50% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Support evaluations, trials, and training for downstream processing technologies.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical insights during opportunity development.
• Capture feedback and share portfolio recommendations.
• Train others and support quality investigations.
• Provide monthly territory activity reports.
