The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Quality, with travel over 50% and a strong focus on customer success and technical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in application support, field applications, or related customer-facing roles.

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations for downstream systems.
• Design, coordinate, and document evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions to protect productivity.
• Provide technical insights, competitive positioning, and solution recommendations during opportunities.
• Capture feedback and competitive intelligence to support portfolio enhancements.
• Train and develop other Field Application Specialists and Sales team members.
• Train customers on new technologies and participate in start-up activities.
• Support quality investigations and complaint resolution through technical analysis.
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management.
