Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Applications Specialist in a remote role covering the Central Region & Canada. You will translate customer process needs into product and workflow recommendations for downstream systems, conduct trials and training, and troubleshoot technical challenges across customer environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in application support or field applications within downstream processing, with Biologics manufacturing exposure.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in application support, technical support, field applications, or similar customer-facing roles in downstream processing
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; exposure to cell and gene therapy is a plus
• Willingness to travel more than 50% to support customer-facing activities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations for downstream systems
• Execute trials, validation activities, and customer training with documented outcomes
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders
• Provide insights to improve technical fit and competitive positioning
• Capture feedback and trends to support portfolio enhancements
• Support training of other Field Application Specialists and Sales team
• Train customers on new technologies and assist start-up activities
• Support quality investigations through technical analysis
• Provide monthly territory activity reports to management
