Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, pharma/healthcare sales or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Expertise in HIPAA and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with 20-25% travel.
• Must reside in the Ohio Valley assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCP accounts on patient access, verification, prior authorization, appeals, and patient support.
• Analyze access trends to identify and remove barriers to care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payer coverage.
• Educate field teams on hub programs and access processes.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies (Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial) and HIPAA.
• Travel 20–25% and reside in the assigned territory.
