Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 7 years in patient support, pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or reimbursement roles.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial) and related access processes.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality; hub and patient support activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to HCP accounts on patient access, including benefit verification and prior authorization.
• Analyze access trends and identify barriers to patient access.
• Educate HCP offices on payer coverage and hub programs; coordinate with hub vendor.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Market Access, and other teams to ensure compliant access to therapy.
• Support patient access by explaining coverage and reimbursement workflows across payers.
• Attend national and regional meetings to update stakeholders.
