Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in patient support, healthcare sales, operations, or reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance structures (Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial) and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information and education to HCP accounts on patient access, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, and patient support programs.
• Analyze access trends and barriers to patient access across payer types.
• Coordinate with hubs and cross-functional teams to support access, affordability, and hub education resources.
