Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Remote work with 20–25% travel; must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and hubs.

Responsibilities

• Provide information/education on patient access, verification, prior authorization, appeals, and patient programs.
• Analyze access trends and collaborate to address barriers to access.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support therapy access.
• Monitor payer trends and provide access information to HCP offices.
• Educate field teams on access topics and hub programs.
• Escalate access issues with third parties and coordinate with hub vendors.
• Support education on Specialty Pharmacy issues and payer coverage details.
• Attend national and regional meetings.
