Responsibilities include resolving access barriers, collaborating with HCP offices, HUB vendors, and market access teams, and delivering compliant access education.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or access roles.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and PA workflows.
• Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds.
• Proven ability to resolve complex access cases in field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage and PA workflows.
• Partner with HCP offices to support benefits verification and payer documentation requirements.
• Analyze HUB, specialty pharmacy, and payer data to identify access gaps and implement improvements.
• Serve as field access SME, delivering compliant access education to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access and HUB vendors to improve pull-through and resolve access friction.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management by identifying access barriers early.
