Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join its information security team in a 100% work-from-home role within the United States. The candidate will ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates and implement best practices across NIST, RMF, and DIACAP.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar risk-focused credentials.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC.
• Experience with SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure) and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise Information Security as part of a team.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt threats and review indicators of compromise; guide incident response.
• Design controls aligned with NIST, RMF, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor, contain, and remediate security incidents.
• Maintain security documentation for ATOs and audit reports.
• Support accreditation and authorization under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
