Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, supporting business operations with mid-level IT security, risk management, and regulatory compliance experience. The candidate will ensure compliance with corporate security policies, standards, and processes, and implement best practices for regulated projects.

The role is 100% remote within the US, requiring US citizenship and no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of federal cybersecurity experience.
• Credentials: CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCA/CCP or equivalent risk-focused certs.
• Familiarity with NIST, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security posture as part of a team.
• Design and implement security controls per NIST, FISMA, and DoD frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes.
