Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team. This remote US-based role supports IT security programs, risk management, and regulatory compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA/CCP or other risk-focused credentials.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in system administration across multiple platforms.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security as part of a team.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt for threats and analyze indicators of compromise.
• Design and implement controls aligned with NIST, RMF, and DIACAP.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and federal mandates.
• Develop security documentation and audit materials (SSPs, POA&Ms, ATOs).
• Support accreditation and authorization processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats and regulatory changes.
