Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team, supporting enterprise operations. This 100% remote role requires US citizenship (no sponsorship) and must be located in the US.

Candidates should have mid-level IT security experience and familiarity with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and regulated security frameworks. The role focuses on implementing security controls, ensuring policy compliance, and staying ahead of threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP, or other risk-focused credentials.
• Experience with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with regulatory requirements including but not limited to CMMC, PCI-DSS, ISO2700, HIPAA, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with frameworks under NIST controls, FISMA boundary management, and Defense Industrial Base security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standards and align them to U.S. federal cybersecurity mandates.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
