Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join the information security team. The role targets professionals with mid-level IT security experience, focusing on compliance with regulated frameworks and implementing security best practices.

The candidate will work as an active contributor, ensuring policies and controls align with federal mandates. The position supports a remote work model within the US and requires US citizenship due to clearance needs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (required for clearance eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a federal cybersecurity capacity.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCA or CCP; Security+, CEH or SANS is a plus.
• Work experience and understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53/171, RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC).
• Experience with regulatory requirements including PCI-DSS, ISO27001, HIPAA, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GovCloud, FedRAMP).
• Experience in system administration supporting multiple platforms and applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Project Management.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive technical security assessments in response to alerts, research, and advisories.
• Utilize industry best practices and tools to hunt for threats and review indicators of compromise.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and U.S. federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs and audits.
• Support accreditation processes under RMF and DIACAP.
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
