Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a mission-driven Security Analyst and Engineer to join our information security team supporting enterprise operations. The role targets mid-level IT security professionals with experience in risk management, compliance, and regulated frameworks.

The successful candidate will implement IT security best practices, ensure policy adherence, and contribute to regulatory compliance efforts while working remotely from within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or relevant federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of federal cybersecurity experience.
• Active certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CMMC-related credentials; Security+ or CEH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise information security as part of a team.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Hunt for threats using industry best practices and enterprise tools; advise on incident impacts.
• Design security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP.
• Monitor, respond to security incidents, and ensure rapid containment and remediation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and U.S. federal cybersecurity mandates.
• Prepare ATO-related security documentation (SSPs, POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Stay current with threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
