Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a mission-driven Security Analyst & Engineer to join our information security team supporting our US operations. This 100% remote role is ideal for professionals with mid-level IT security, risk management, and compliance experience in regulated contexts.

You will implement security controls, monitor incidents, and ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and other federal mandates. US citizenship is required for clearance; relocation not needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or federal work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of federal cybersecurity experience or equivalent.
• Active certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CMMC, or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting the enterprise.
• Conduct proactive security assessments in response to alerts and advisories.
• Use industry-standard tools to hunt for threats, review indicators of compromise, and guide incident response.
• Design and implement security controls aligned with NIST, RMF, FISMA, and DIACAP frameworks.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents to ensure rapid containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and federal mandates.
• Develop and maintain security documentation for ATOs (SSPs/POA&Ms) and audit reports.
• Support accreditation and authorization processes under RMF and related frameworks.
• Stay current with evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
