Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions seeks an Associate Proposal Manager to support federal proposals from kickoff through submission, with mentorship and Shipley/APMP training provided. The role partners with capture managers, business leaders, and technical contributors to craft compliant, competitive content and manage timelines.

Based in the Eastern Time Zone with remote/hybrid options, you will coordinate schedules, compliance matrices, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Contracts, HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years supporting proposals, capture, contracts, or deadline-driven work; federal experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with FAR-based solicitations (L/M, PWS/SOW) and best practices in proposal development.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to obtain APMP Foundation certification within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of assigned federal proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compliant outlines aligned with instructions, evaluation criteria, and strategy.
• Build and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and cross-reference tools.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers and technical contributors to infuse win themes.
• Coordinate proposal support across Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Quality.
• Support proposal reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and track/combine feedback.
• Ensure final products are compliant and consistent across volumes.
• Identify proposal risks, gaps, and schedule challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of templates and tools.
