SES Space & Defense seeks a detail‑driven Proposal Manager to lead the full lifecycle of U.S. government and other opportunities. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance, and translate capture insights into compelling content.

Ideal candidates have APMP certification, a relevant bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), and strong writing, communication, and project management skills. Remote work options are available with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant discipline.
• APMP certification required.
• Defense industry experience preferred.
• SATCOM knowledge preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal development and submissions per internal processes.
• Organize and lead proposal teams with internal and external contributors.
• Develop comprehensive proposal plans, outlines, and schedules.
• Lead RFP reviews to identify requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure proposals align with win themes and content strategy.
• Coordinate with departments to transition capture information into proposals.
• Oversee proposal production, reviews, and BAFO submissions when needed.
