The Intrepid Group is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support the development and submission of federal proposals from kickoff to final submission. You will work with Capture Managers, business leaders, and technical contributors to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with strategy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supporting proposals, capture, contracts or deadline-driven work.
• Familiarity with FAR-based solicitations and proposal development best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
• Willingness to obtain APMP Foundation certification within 180 days.
• US citizenship able to obtain/maintain Secret clearance within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development of assigned federal proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compliant outlines aligned with instructions and strategy.
• Build schedules, compliance matrices, cross-reference tools and artifacts.
• Translate solicitation requirements into actionable assignments and plans.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers and technical contributors to incorporate win themes.
• Coordinate proposal support across Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and more.
• Support proposal reviews and ensure comments are tracked and addressed.
• Ensure final products are compliant, accurate, and aligned across volumes.
• Coordinate final formatting, production, packaging, and submission.
• Identify risks and gaps; communicate schedule challenges.
• Contribute to process, template, standards, and tools improvement.
