Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to support the development of federal proposals. You will coordinate planning through submission under the Director of Proposals, handling smaller, less complex efforts with guidance.

The role emphasizes strong writing, organization, and attention to detail while offering growth in technical writing and project management within a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proposal coordination, proposal writing, or related role.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning, development, and submission of federal proposals (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
• Review solicitations to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and item trackers.
• Collaborate with SMEs and teams to gather information and proposal content.
• Draft and edit proposal narratives, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and compliance.
• Support final production, quality checks, and electronic submissions.
