Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead mission-critical system projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive process improvements to deliver upgrades and new services.

The role requires 4+ years in PM or 6+ years in related fields, PMP/CAPM familiarity, and ability to travel 25-75% within Texas/Oklahoma. A U.S. citizenship is required for security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in project management or 6+ years in related fields.
• Experience forecasting and driving revenue through PM.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Manage multi-stakeholder communications and project reviews.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Develop and track the complete project plan and budgets.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site upgrades as needed.
