Job summary

Motorola Solutions Federal Division seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead deployment of mission-critical IT/mobility systems for government clients. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires 50%+ travel, with security clearances as needed.

You will manage cross-functional teams, craft detailed project plans, and oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor performance while ensuring client satisfaction and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of experience in LMR, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; no employer sponsorship.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch or upgrade solutions.
• Manages full project lifecycle from initiation to handoff and reviews.
• Ensures on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develops and executes project plans including design reviews and testing.
• Manages subcontractor scopes, POs, installation schedules, and compliance.
• Tracks budgets, revenue goals, and equipment inventory.
• Prepares proposals, change orders, and bids for system integration.
• Reviews progress and communicates status to stakeholders.
