Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in PM/Engineering/public safety, and can obtain required security clearances. Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in LMR, Engineering, PM, Technical Services, Government, Military or Public Safety.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance; eligible for DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Willing to travel 50%+ across the continental U.S.; remote-friendly role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment and implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services.
• Leads cross-functional teams to launch new solutions or upgrade existing systems.
• Directs entire project lifecycle from initiation to handoff with metrics.
• Ensures delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Drafts SOWs, change orders, and bids for system integration.
• Manages budgets, forecasts revenue, and controls equipment inventory.
• Engages in reviews and status meetings with stakeholders; documents progress.
