Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Federal Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects for U.S. federal customers. This remote role requires 25%–50% travel and supports projects across multiple states, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

You will manage resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability. Extensive PM knowledge and strong leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of project/program management experience or 5+ years with equivalent background.
• PMP certification highly desired; CAPM accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PM tools; ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects or major project portions ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate resources and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Communicate with customer organizations and senior internal stakeholders; conduct project reviews.
• Ensure quality, cost, and time constraints are managed for successful project outcomes.
