Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex communication system projects remotely in the continental US, with 25%–50% travel. You will be the focal point for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications across projects.

Apply PMBOK practices to allocate resources, track progress, and deliver on time while ensuring customer satisfaction. A PMP or CAPM is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree and US citizenship with security-clearance ability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project/program management or similar business experience.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• PMI PMP preferred; CAPM acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Oversees project scope, schedule, budget and risks using PMBOK practices.
• Communicates with customer and senior stakeholders; ensures alignment.
• Allocates resources to meet objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manages quality, cost and time constraints across projects.
