Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex Communications System projects, serving as the focal point for all aspects of assigned work. The role supports remote work for continental U.S.

candidates with 25-50% travel, delivering on-time, within-budget outcomes and strong customer satisfaction. You will coordinate resources, communicate with customers and leadership, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure project health across all nine PMBOK knowledge areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years in project/program management.
• PM basics: budgeting, scheduling, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and scope to meet objectives.
• Represents the organization with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ensures quality, cost and time constraints are met throughout.
