Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large, complex communications system projects for federal/state customers. This remote role supports US projects with 25%-50% travel.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, report to senior stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have PMBOK expertise and PMP/CAPM preferred; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of project/program management or 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.
• Travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Demonstrates understanding of PMBOK areas; specializes in two.
• Oversees development of the complete project plan and schedules.
• Manages budgets, analyzes variances, and develops action plans.
• Represents the organization on projects and communicates with customers and senior stakeholders.
