Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large communications systems projects as the main focal point for delivery and stakeholder communication. The role supports projects across federal civil and law enforcement sectors from a remote U.S.

location with 25-50% travel. Responsibilities include delivering scope on time and within budget, allocating resources, conducting project reviews, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with Public Safety communications systems.
• Experience with Cellular infrastructure.
• Experience with Military communications.
• Experience with Civil construction.
• Experience with Logistics.
• Experience with Telecommunications.
• Experience with IT Networks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• PM Masters Certificate preferred.
• PMP certification desired.
• CAPM certification considered.
• Knowledge of two-way radio and cellular infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leads large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Demonstrates a firm understanding of PMBOK areas and expertise in at least two.
• Experienced in running project phases and developing the full project plan.
• Establish, track, and audit project budgets and analyze variances.
• Represents the organization on projects and communicates with customers.
• Accountable for achieving project objectives on time and within budget.
• Manage quality, cost, and time constraints across projects.
