Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience in executive leadership or federal program oversight.
• Ability to lead a scalable program across multiple organizations.
• Ability to oversee distributed coaching personnel and Key Personnel.
• Must provide a current one-page resume and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and oversight for the DOT Executive Coaching Program.
• Support successful execution of program requirements across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.
• Oversee program performance, staffing, scalability, service quality and coordination.
• Support implementation of executive and team coaching programs.
• Ensure activities align with DOT objectives, milestones and performance expectations.
• Support confidentiality, data protection, quality assurance and ethics in coaching.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, coaching personnel and other stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and sustained program performance.
