Qualifications

• Completion of coach training through an ICF-accredited or certified program.
• Active ICF Professional Certified or Master Certified Coach credential.
• Ability to document current ICF credential status.
• Experience coaching executives, senior leaders, or equivalent decision-makers.
• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential coaching intake and goal-setting with executives.
• Establish objectives and individualized engagement plans.
• Deliver structured executive-coaching sessions.
• Coach leaders in strategic thinking, communication, and executive presence.
• Support translating coaching insights into leadership actions.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain engagement records.
• Provide surge coaching as program demand changes.
• Maintain professional credentials and ethics per ICF standards.
