Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Program Director to support the DOT Executive Coaching Program. This is a full-time remote position with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. JST offers a full benefit package and a strong, collaborative culture. The role requires U.S. citizenship and will be contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities include leading the program, coordinating with DOT administrations, and ensuring program performance and ethics in coaching services.

Qualifications

• Experience with executive coaching programs or federal programs.
• Ability to lead a scalable, distributed program.
• Ability to be named as Key Personnel in a proposal.
• Current resume documenting relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for the DOT Executive Coaching Program.
• Ensure program performance across DOT's 11 Operating Administrations.
• Oversee staffing, service quality, and coordination.
• Support implementation of executive and team coaching program.
• Align activities with DOT objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and ethics.
