Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a dynamic Journeyman Manager to lead contract projects and oversee teams across multiple sites. This full-time remote-nationwide role offers a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually and the opportunity to support DOE-funded technical assistance programs.

You will coordinate with DOE offices, subcontractors, and stakeholders, enforce quality control, and report progress to senior leadership, while ensuring compliance with federal requirements and strong program

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree required.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q.
• Experience managing federal technical assistance programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-location team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract projects and oversee teams across multiple sites.
• Allocate resources to support TA requests.
• Enforce quality control to meet DOE and federal requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks ensuring timely execution and alignment with contract objectives.
• Coordinate with DOE program offices, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Report status and outcomes to senior leadership and government counterparts.
