Job summary

STI Federal is seeking a Journeyman Manager to lead contract projects across multiple sites, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality technical assistance for DOE programs. You will manage cross-site teams, report progress, and coordinate with DOE offices and subcontractors to meet strict contract objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, program coordination across states and tribes, and an ability to maintain transparency and compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree required.
• 3–10 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q.
• Familiarity with DOE systems and cross-agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract projects and oversee multi-site teams.
• Identify, allocate, and commit resources for TA requests.
• Enforce quality control to meet DOE and federal requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks to align with contract objectives and DO E regulations.
