Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking an Executive Coach for a full-time remote role with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. The role includes confidential coaching of SES participants, intake discussions, goal setting, 60-minute sessions, and team coaching with leadership teams.

The ideal candidate holds a current ICF PCC or MCC credential, with training from an ICF-certified program and familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools. U.S.

Qualifications

• Current, active ICF PCC or MCC credential required.
• ACC credentials do not meet the requirement.
• Training through an ICF-certified program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one executive coaching to SES participants.
• Conduct initial coaching intake discussions and set goals.
• Lead 60-minute coaching sessions and progress discussions.
• Review leadership assessments and develop individualized coaching plans.
• Provide team coaching to executive leadership teams as assigned.
