Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret security clearance to lead federal government programs. The role is remote and supports a future new business opportunity, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

The Program Manager will oversee technical, schedule, and cost directions, manage a team, and ensure deliverables meet contract requirements on time and within budget. PMP and Agile experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of project/program management experience, including federal government programs.
• Minimum five years of federal government program experience.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Ability to lead and direct challenging projects independently within the contract scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and the federal government customer.
• Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction for the program.
• Lead and direct a team of professionals to achieve mission success.
• Develop, maintain, and execute program plans including work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Monitor and report on program performance metrics and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
