Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee complex programs across multiple teams in a Federal contracting environment. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing day-to-day contract operations, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program management, leadership, and IT acquisition processes, with a strong background in documentation and supporting government agencies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in program management.
• Ten years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in IT/consulting.
• Experience with IT Acquisition process and milestones.
• Experience analyzing a variety of source documentation.
• Support the creation of acquisition documentation.
• Experience supporting government agencies in federal environments (IC/DoD/federal civil agencies).

Responsibilities

• Leads projects with teams of data processing and information management professionals involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.
• Performs day-to-day management of contract support operations, possibly across multiple projects and locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
• Establishes and adjusts the corporate management structure to direct contract support activities.
