Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Program Financial Analyst with a Secret clearance to support our government customer in Arlington, VA. This hybrid role focuses on financial data management, reconciliations, and process improvements for DoD programs.

Responsibilities include PCM meeting support, SCMS 632(b) reporting, FMF funding packages, and briefing metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of experience may substitute.
• Experience supporting Financial Management operations.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts; attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Countersignature Meetings (PCM) with planning, organization, data entry, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with PCM chairs for meetings and conferences.
• Monitor the 632(b) Report in SCMS and link FMS cases to MOAs.
• Input data into SCMS to match FMS cases with MOAs.
• Research and catalog 632(b) documents for unlinked FMS cases.
• Quality check 632(b) data for accuracy and display.
• Troubleshoot 632(b) data issues with CFD and other contacts.
• Access DSAMS and maintain 632(b) Report integrity.
• Plan and execute quarterly PKO funding meetings; travel as needed.
• Prepare FMF Funding Packages and modify MORD in DAI.
• Prepare responses to RFIs; create MORD in DAI by CPN and grant amount.
• Develop slides/metrics for briefings; present findings.
• Reconcile FMF Credit System and perform financial analyses.
