Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for SCI access to support a government customer at Fort Meade, MD. This role requires managing a portfolio of IT programs, supervising staff, and delivering on schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include strategic roadmaps for technology modernization, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in DoD IT programs and governance.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in federal environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project approaches.
• Experience developing master schedules, cost estimates, and spend plans.
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership over a portfolio of programs and projects.
• Plans, initiates, and manages complex IT programs and projects.
• Leads technical staff across multiple programs and projects.
• Manages execution, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and resources.
• Develops and executes strategic roadmaps for technology modernization.
• Creates performance reports, financial analyses, and briefings.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
