Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid-level Project Manager to oversee project performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial domains.

You will coordinate execution, supervise personnel, manage customer relationships, and ensure contractual deliverables are met. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk management, vendor integration, and progress reporting while maintaining quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience.
• PMP, FAC/PPM or equivalent certification may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, teams and deliverables.
• Customer-facing experience and managing contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities for successful execution and delivery.
• Provide oversight of technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects.
• Supervise project personnel and monitor performance and task completion.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with end users, technical teams, client services and other stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedules, and contractual requirements.
• Manage vendor activities and monitor vendor deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues and propose solutions.
• Resolve non-routine issues with independent judgment.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and overall performance.
• Prepare and review status reports and required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to policies.
