Job summary

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Senior Project Manager with a current TS/SCI clearance to support government projects at Ft. Meade, MD. Delivers program governance and strategic planning across a portfolio of IT initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, and communicate complex topics to senior leaders. Onsite at Ft. Meade with federal requirements and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in DoD IT programs
• Experience with program governance and enterprise portfolio management
• Supervisory or management experience
• Proven track record delivering programs in federal environments
• Knowledge of federal IT security requirements and strategic planning
• Experience with requirements analysis, cost assessments, and alternatives
• Experience with PM methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience with integrated master schedules and program metrics
• Experience in contract management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
• Experience with quality assurance and contract compliance
• Experience working with classified systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to present complex topics to senior leaders
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint; proficient Teams, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership over a portfolio of programs and projects
• Plans, initiates, and manages complex IT programs and projects
• Leads technical staff across multiple programs
• Manages execution: schedules, estimates, spend plans, resources, communications
• Develops actionable business strategies and roadmaps
• Conducts requirements analysis and cost assessments
• Advises senior leadership on strategies, gaps, dependencies, funding
• Assists government clients with goals, schedules, and reports
• Communicates technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Manages resources, budget, staffing and performance metrics
• Develops quality control procedures for service delivery
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Delivers performance reports, financial analyses, and briefings
• Executes technology modernization roadmaps
• Identifies process improvements and tech enhancements
