Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level operations and project management support for high-visibility, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects with charters, timelines, milestones, and metrics.
• Establish and maintain integrated project schedules and tracking tools for accountability.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Serve as primary coordination point across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, and executive briefings to drive alignment and decisions.
• Prepare concise, leadership-ready communications and weekly executive status reports.
• Develop and maintain centralized project documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
• Provide after-action reports and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
