Job summary

TeamWorx Security is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal program execution, customer engagement, and growth planning for a government client. You will translate priorities into clear plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against contract requirements.

This fully remote role requires eight+ years of PM experience, prior federal work, and the ability to operate independently in a distributed team. Eligibility to obtain federal credentials is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Eight or more years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, project coordination, or customer delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written communication, executive briefing, meeting management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, staffing, actions, performance measures, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate data, software, automation, or AI initiatives across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive issues and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote customer environment.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain federal suitability and required government credentials.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with federal program leaders and partners.
• Translate customer priorities into project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day program coordination including meetings, action tracking, risk management, and follow-up.
• Coordinate work across technical specialists, business analysts, project leads, and partners.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, deliverables, dependencies, and performance against contract requirements.
• Prepare program reports, leadership briefings, and customer-facing communications.
• Identify delivery issues early and coordinate corrective actions.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Identify opportunities for growth and coordinate with leadership on expansion.
