Job summary

WINTrio LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a Federal Government program delivering cloud-native data management, AWS operations, data engineering, governance, and analytics solutions.

The role interfaces with Government stakeholders, providing program leadership, contract administration, executive reporting, and risk management while guiding Agile delivery across multiple workstreams. Remote within the U.S. and full-time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, CS, engineering, business, PM.
Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience on federal technology programs.
Experience leading enterprise cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as WINTrio’s primary Program Manager and Government point of contact.
Lead contract execution, program planning, and day-to-day operations.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and key milestones.
Coordinate Data Engineers, Data Operations, Data Architects, and Governance teams.
Lead Agile planning sessions, backlog refinement, sprints, reviews, and leadership meetings.
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Prepare executive briefings, monthly status reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Coordinate transition planning and knowledge transfer for operations readiness.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and federal compliance requirements.
Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned and health reviews.
