Job summary

CompTech, a Dayton, OH-based Federal contractor, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead federal programs and internal strategic initiatives with a focus on delivering excellence in performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with FAR and quality standards, and partnering with executive leadership on growth initiatives. Hybrid OH/remote options available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing Federal Government programs or large technical contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of Federal Government contracting, FAR, contract administration, and program lifecycle management.
• Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for assigned Federal Government contracts and internal strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute program management plans, project schedules, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
• Present program status and recommendations to executive leadership and customers.
